Essential First Aid Workshop

This is a concise practical course covering general First Aid.

  This workshop looks at CPR (practice with manikins); choke-
  rescue techniques; dealing with emergency medical situations such as
  heart attacks, strokes, diabetic emergencies; and seizures and dealing
  with other emergency situations such as burns, allergic reactions,
   poisonings, concussion, and broken bones.

  This course can also be adapted to suit specific workplaces and will focus
   on the potential risks of working with elderly, people with disabilities,
  children, etc., as well as covering more general First Aid.

Everyone on the course receives a booklet to complement the explanations and demonstrations on the course. Participants also receive a certificate.

The workshop is three to four hours long, depending on group size.
