It looks at understanding your own anxieties and stresses, where they are coming from and how you can improve your own awareness and self-care. In doing this you will be better equipped to deal with supporting others. Essential First Aid - Workshop

This course will take place under Alert Level 1 conditions. It has therefore had a further date change to 18 February, 2022, depending on the alert level status at the time. We are actively following Ministry of Health Advice relating to COVID-19 levels and we shall contact those registered for events which may have changes in delivery. Workplaces need to ensure that they meet WorkSafe NZ requirements for first aiders.  This shorter course can be helpful as an additional course for workplaces who wish to go above and beyond their legal requirements and ensure that ALL their staff know what to do in an emergency, without the huge cost and time commitments of the longer NZQA courses.   Read more
