ARE YOU INTERESTED IN SHARING YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS WITH YOUR PEERS?
Do you want to deepen and strengthen your own leadership practice?
In simple terms, mentoring can be defined as a relationship established in a particular area, between someone who is experienced and someone who is less so. In Peer Mentoring you are both mentor and mentee, sharing lessons learned and relevant insights in a safe and collaborative environment.
This three-part mentoring program is aimed at people in community leadership roles — those that manage a team and provide leadership to an organisation. The sessions are run over 6 weeks in 2 hour blocks, which take place every second Tuesday.
IT IS ESSENTIAL YOU ARE AVAILABLE FOR EVERY SESSION, AS GROUPS ARE RELIANT ON EACH MEMBER BEING COMMITTED.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, PLEASE EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST VIA EMAIL OFFICEMANAGER@COMMUNITYTHINK.NZ
