About the 2026 ANCAD Funding Guide
The ANCAD Funding Guide is produced annually by Auckland North Community and Development Inc. (ANCAD) to support community organisations, schools, and not-for-profits to approach funding more strategically and confidently.
While many listings are particularly relevant to Auckland-based groups, the Guide includes funding sources, practical tools, and sector insights that are useful for organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand.
The 2026 edition goes beyond simply listing trusts and grants. It places stronger emphasis on funding readiness, organisational fit, and long-term sustainability. Alongside updated funder information, the Guide includes:
- Practical planning tools and checklists
- Articles from experienced sector practitioners
- Insights into today’s funding environment
- A directory of trusts and grant-makers
- A curated list of useful websites and sector resources
Used well, this Guide supports organisations to make better funding decisions, not just more applications.
Our editable Grants & Donor Development Planner includes two comprehensive planning tools:
- Grants Planner – identify funding priorities, schedule grant applications, assign responsibilities, track outcomes, manage reporting obligations, and record acknowledgements.
- Donor Development Planner – map donor segments, set relationship goals, plan engagement activities, schedule donor asks, and strengthen long-term supporter relationships.
Together, these tools help your organisation take a more strategic, organised and sustainable approach to fundraising.
