Are you an organised, proactive, and people-focused professional looking to make a real difference in your community? ANCAD (Auckland North Community and Development) is on the lookout for a talented Administration Assistant to support our team and help power the work we do across Tāmaki Makaurau.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. This core role keeps our operations running smoothly, supporting our CEO and team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
- Supporting communications: answering phones, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings, training workshops, and webinars (including catering and logistics)
- Supporting programme and project administration
- Support for preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for funders and stakeholders.
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
- Ordering supplies and managing office equipment
- Welcoming visitors and providing a warm front-of-house experience
- Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and community partners
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in administration or office support roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Digital literacy and proficiency with a range of applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
