Covid-19 has meant many organisations are having to completely rethink how they work, who they engage with and what they do. Having a clear strategy has become vital so that your organisation and stakeholders understand where your focus needs to sit both internally and externally.

This workshop will take you through how to do that essential strategic thinking, develop your strategic plan and then filter that plan into your annual plan and budget.  We will further explore scenario thinking on how to build in the ability to adapt to this uncertain environment.

Carol Scholes Bio:

Carol specialises in helping organisations understand their bigger vision and develop their strategy, to achieve success for both the organisation and the individuals within it. Much of her work involves asking useful and sometimes challenging questions
to stretch thinking and enable individuals and teams to understand their current position and future growth plans. With her governance, management and financial experience, and her ability to work with all levels of an organisation, she is ideally placed to understand the overall impact of change in an organisation. She has excellent training experience and utilises these techniques and her expertise in her coaching sessions with individuals and groups.
